NORMAN HAY
Norman has 40 years of experience in the commodity markets. He is a former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at Cargill International S.A. He also served as a Platform Leader of Cargill for Energy, Ocean, Transport and Global Biofuels, Ethanol/Biodiesel. He has covered every aspect of global origination, trading, risk management and corporate management of all grains, softs, energy, by-products and processing divisions.
BARBARA HEIM
Barbara has spent the past 30 years in Human Resources leadership roles in a variety of industries. Known for her business focused approach and results oriented style, Barbara most recently led the Group HR function for BG Group through the sale of BG to Shell Oil Company. Barbara currently works for the non-profit Be An Angel helping multi-disabled and profoundly deaf children

TALIB DHANJI
Talib recently retired from EY after 25+year career in and Advisory. For the last 10 yrs Talib led EY’s Commodities Markets Solution Group and was part of EY Global Commodities Trading Practice.
During this time he advised the Boards of many of the world’s leading names in energy, metals and agriculture including: BP, Exxon, Total, ENI, Shell, Oxy, EdFT, Nextera, Centrica, ADM, Kraft, Olam and a host of others.
Talib is a recognized industry specialist in the areas of Governance and Risk, processes and controls, industry leading practices and benchmarking.

Ravi Chawda is a business-focused, creative, results-driven professional with significant senior level experience gained over 20yrs and across a range of physical energy, commodity and financial asset classes (former industry professional with Morgan Stanley). Ravi focusses on front office and senior executive positions and is a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading energy and commodity market participants. Ravi attended Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, where he majored in Management Science.
